🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.
We do not offer international delivery at this time.

⏱ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6 PM or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location and courier network coverage.

  • Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods or due to courier delays.

🆓 Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699.

  • Orders below ₹699 may incur a standard shipping charge, visible at checkout.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with tracking details.

  • You can also track your order anytime using the tracking number on your My Orders page.

❗ Delays or Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your email/SMS for tracking updates

We’ll promptly coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

📬 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

❌ Non-Deliverable PIN Codes

While we deliver to most PIN codes across India, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable.
If we’re unable to deliver to your location, our team will contact you with alternate options or issue a full refund.
