Where are you based?

We are proudly based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Do you offer unisex clothing?

Yes! Most of our products are designed to be unisex and look great on everyone, regardless of gender.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We do our best to restock popular items. Follow us on Instagram @venbric or sign up for restock alerts to stay updated.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India only. International delivery is not available at this time.

What courier services do you use?

We ship through trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, XpressBees, Amazon, Shadowfax, and more.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after you place your order.

Will I receive tracking updates?

Yes! You’ll receive your as soon as your order is shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is there an extra charge for COD?

No, there are no extra charges for COD. However, we do verify COD orders via phone call before dispatch.

Is it safe to pay online?

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely via trusted gateways like Razorpay and PhonePe.

📦 Order & Shipping Issues

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp to request an update.

What if my order is delayed?

We’ll do our best to deliver on time, but if there's a delay, feel free to contact us with your order ID and we’ll follow up with the courier.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please share an unboxing video with us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/exchange requests.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is arranged by us, but the customer is responsible for a flat ₹100 return shipping fee.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 8–15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment source, or via bank transfer for COD orders.
