Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

  • An unboxing video is mandatory

If your return is accepted:

  • We’ll share instructions on how and where to send your package

  • The return shipping fee is ₹100, to be paid by the customer

  • Items sent back without prior approval or unboxing video will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This helps us resolve the issue promptly and fairly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used, washed, or worn products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
To be eligible:

  • You must share an unboxing video showing the issue

  • Once the exchange is accepted, we’ll guide you through the process

We do not accept exchanges for size or preference changes.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved:

  • You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)

  • For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer
